A Tour of our Holiday Home 2014

Excited to announce we are a part of Jennifer Rizzos holiday house walk this year.  Click here to check out the amazing homes in the walk all dressed up!

Welcome to 86 Everette Farmhouse
We have been busy decking the halls of our home for the Christmas season.
Grab a cup of hot cider and enjoy!
Foyer:
A red front door has always been a dream of mine! Love the fresh boxwood wreath.  Purchased from a local florist.  She always hooks me up with the perfect holiday essentials!

Recently recovered this bench in linen fabric.  Perfect touch for our small foyer.  Boxwood wreaths are my favorite holiday decorating item this year! I absolutely love the freshness they bring into our home.

Our little Farmhouse kitchen.  My husband recently built this range hood from old barn wood.  He's so very talented.  I added small touches of red, and greenery for a simple Christmas touch.  This is the heart of our home.  I enjoy making home cooked meals for my family when I can find the time away from the salon.

I have a small collection of breadboards.  I love the warm tones they give in my neutral kitchen.

This is the dining room.  My favorite room in the house to decorate for holidays.  My husband built these shelves, and the fisherman's table.  Again, he is very talented with wood.  We are in the process of building a farmouse table.

Thought this newspaper was a neat purchase.  Bought at a local antique store.  I love fresh pomegranates for a burst of natural color.
This is a look from the dining room into the family room.

Finally talked my husband into this tree at a local home decor store. I have Ben eyeing her for a few years now.  I LOVE the fullness, and the glow it brings into this room.  Fresh flowers are always a favorite through all seasons at our home!
I have a collection of Mercury glass ornaments I have been collecting for a few years now.
Finally found some shiny bites for my breadbowl! My son loves to touch them!

My son's room is also a favorite of mine to decorate for holidays.  He loves showing his room off when we have company.

My husband bought this cabinet for me while we were awaiting the arrival of our little man.  It is actually one of the first prices I painted with chalk paint! I have loved chalk paint ever since !
